Metode:
1. Rebus daging didalam sampai matang, saring air
kaldunya. Didihkan lagi, masukan daging bersama jeroan,
masak sampai jeroan matang.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, sereh dan
daun jeruk sampai harum, tuang ke rebusan daging.
3. Masukan KNORR Beef Paste, masak dengan api kecil.
4. Tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk rata angkat.
5. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang merah goreng.
