Preparation

Metode Memasak:
1. Marinated Rump:

  • Campur semua bumbu dan lumuri, diamkan.

2. Wine Sauce:
  • Panaskan saucepan, tumis bawang putih, kemudian bawang merah, dengan butter,

tambahkan rosemary, dan oregano sampai harum, tuangkan red wine, campurkan
KNORR Demi Glace dengan air, didihkan.
3. Edamamme Puree:
  • Masukkan semua bahan kedalam blender, haluskan.
  • Panaskan saucepan dan tumis semua bahan tadi sampai matang.

4. Fettucini Muffin:
  • Masukkan semua bahan kedalam mangkuk stainless, Aduk rata dan

tuangkan kedalam cup, bakar dengan suhu 170oC selama 15 menit.
5. Vegetables Passion Fruit:
  • Potong dadu wortel dan rebus, panaskan saucepan dan tumis bawang merah,

dan rosemarry sampai harum tuangkan red wine, markisa dan didihkan.
6. Bakar daging diatas wadah dan masukkan ke wine sauce, bakar.
7. Icipi kembali semua bumbu.

Sajikan diatas pirng dan garnish.
