- Customers are a restaurant, catering, or other culinary businesses.
- Customer is listed as a GrabFood Merchant. Unilever Food Solutions will validate before announcing the winner.
- Considerations for Top Spender program:
- Transactions during promo period will be counted (3rd February – 31st March 2020).
- Only transactions made via UFS.com will be accounted.
- Transaction value that will be accounted is the value that’s paid to the distributors, changes to the order (such as the quanitity and product changes) will be accounted for.
- Winners will be announced by Unilever Food Solutions within 14 days after the promo period.
- Winners will be contacted by Unilever Food Solutions for validation process and to complete the data needed to create the GrabGifts vouchers.
- Winners will be contacted by email and/or by Sales Representative of each winners.
- Vouchers are electronic vouchers and will be sent within 30 working days after the winner is announced.
- Winners announced by Unilever Food Solutions are final and is inviolable and cannot be transferred to another party.
- Vouchers will be active for three months starting from May 1st 2020.
