LIPTON MOCKTAIL #MIXTEALOGY COMPETITION
BY UNILEVER FOOD SOLUTIONS

 

A. ABOUT LIPTON #MixTEAlogy MOCKTAIL COMPETITION

  1. Lipton #MixTEAlogy Mocktail Competition is organised by Unilever Food Solutions, a food service business of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (herein after referred to as "Organiser") on social media and the Unilever Food Solutions Indonesia website www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.id.
  2. This competition is open to all culinary entrepreneurs, hotels, restaurants and cafés (Horeka) in Indonesia (herein after referred to as "Participants").
  3. The organiser will hold a competition called Lipton #MixTEAlogy Mocktail Competition (herein after referred to as "Competition") on social media, personal or business account (Participant).
  4. This competition runs from 1 May 2018 to 31 July 2018 and consists of a photo competition on social media and recipe creation submission on the Unilever Food Solutions Indonesia website www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.id.
  5. The competition will be divided into 3 periods:
    • Period One: 1 – 31 May 2018 / Winner announcement: 22 June 2018
    • Period Two: 1 – 30 June 2018 / Winner announcement: 20 July 2018
    • Period Three: 1 – July 31 2018 / Winner announcement: 20 August 2018
  6. Lipton #MixTEAlogy Mocktail Competition is open to any person who is a resident of Indonesia. Two winners from each period of the competition will be selected to join a class in Jakarta and Bali, respectively. A total of 6 (six) winners will be selected during the competition.
  7. The winners will be announced and listed on the Unilever Food Solutions Indonesia website www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.id and Unilever Food Solutions Indonesia's Facebook page www.facebook.com/UFSIndonesia.
  8. Prizes for the winners:

    • Professional mixology class with expert Kiki Moka.
      First Class
      Jakarta: 26 June 2018
      Bali: 29 June 2018

      Second Class
      Jakarta: 24 July 2018
      Bali: 7 August 2018

      Third Class
      Jakarta: 4 September 2018
      Bali: 2 August 2018

    • The winners’ mocktail recipes will be published on a lifestyle hub (media support).
  9. Accommodation and transportation fee to attend the mixology class in Jakarta or Bali will not be provided by the Organiser.
  10. Participants must comply with the mechanisms and rules set by the Organiser.


B. LIPTON #MixTEAlogy MOCKTAIL COMPETITION MECHANISM
 

  1. Join the competition by filling out the registration form on the Unilever Food Solutions Indonesia website www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.id.
  2. Participants should upload photos of their mocktails featuring Lipton products on their personal or business Instagram account with the following conditions:
    • Use #mixTEAlogy in the caption.
    • Describe the mocktail recipe concisely in the caption.
    • The photo should feature the mocktail and the Lipton product(s) used in the mocktail recipe. 
  3. Participants are allowed to submit more than one mocktail recipe. 
  4. Recipes and photos submitted in this competition must be original and must not have been submitted into any other competition.
  5. The MixTEAlogy recipe on the Participant's Instagram account must align with recipe photo submitted. 
  6. Participants can submit their recipes to be included in the competition by either sending an email to UFS.Indonesia@unilever.com with an email subject line ‘Lipton Mixtealogy - [Instagram Account Name]’; or through the form provided on www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.id during the competition period (refer to Section A.5).
  7. The Participant must promote their submitted mocktail recipe at the hotel, restaurant or café represented by the Participant.
  8. By joining this competition, the Participant agrees to submit the intellectual property of the submissions to the Organiser. Any and all materials submitted in this competition shall become the property of the Organiser and the Organiser shall have the right to use them without any compensation to the Participant. The Participant hereby waives the Organiser from liability for any third party losses arising from this activity.
  9. The content shall not be politically charged and racial, or discredit a particular individual or group and should not violate any applicable laws or rules. In addition, the idea should not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party. The content shall not be used to promote other products, such as by displaying the brand, name, logo, or trademark other than that of the Organiser.
  10. All fees required and/or issued by Participants in this competition such as prescribing and photographing, shall not be borne by the Organiser.


C. WINNER SELECTION MECHANISM

  1. The winner will be chosen by the Lipton #MixTEAlogy Mocktail Competition judging panel. The judges will only consider the submissions of Participants who follow the terms and conditions of the competition.
  2. The Lipton #MixTEAlogy Mocktail Competition scoring criteria is as follows:
    • Presentation and aesthetics of mocktail photo submission on Instagram.
    • Simplicity of recipe and ease of replication.
    • A harmonious integration of ingredients, aroma and taste in the recipe. Note: scores will be based on the mocktail recipe submitted.  
  3. The scoring process will begin once all the data has been collected and received by the judging panel after all 3 rounds of the competition period (refer to Section A.5).
  4. The social media accounts used for the competition shall be accessible to the Organiser (public account). If the Participant’s social media account is not accessible (private account), the scoring cannot be made and the Participant will be disqualified.
  5. In the event that more information is required, Participants will be contacted by Unilever's Suara Konsumen Team. Participants must ensure that an active mobile number is submitted for the duration of the competition.
  6. Participants will be required to submit their personal information such as: full name, identity number, representative business name, business type, mobile phone number and email, complete address including zip code, and competition related questions.


D. WINNER TERMS & CONDITION
 

  1. The winners will be announced and listed on www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.id website and Unilever Food Solutions Indonesia's Facebook page www.facebook.com/UFSIndonesia.
  2. Selected winners will be contacted by the Organiser via email, phone or private message on social media within 5 working days of the prize draw.
  3. If the Participant cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the relevant prize draw, the Organiser may choose a replacement winner.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or winner who has contravened any of the terms and conditions of this contest.
  5. The judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  6. The Organiser has right to change and/or modify the terms and conditions during the competition with or without prior notice.
  7. By joining the competition, Participants agree that the Organisers may but will not be obliged to use name, data and images submitted during the competition for the usage of the Organiser and/or Unilever Indonesia Tbk. If you do not agree with this option, kindly contact Unilever Suara Konsumen.

 

E. OTHERS
 

  1. This competition if only applicable to Indonesian Citizens holding valid ID cards and residing in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is entitled to individuals who register this competition is a legal division of the entity and the Participant hereby agrees to protect PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from any dispute between the registrant and the entity.
  3. By entering this competition you permit PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk to use (including publishing) data you submit for other purposes indefinitely.
  4. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk shall not be liable in the event of errors or omissions that are beyond the control of Unilever Indonesia, as well as disruptions and damaged or delayed applications caused by the failure or damage to the associated carrier network system. Also such as shipping by using third party services, the error of the participant in providing information, and any errors or omissions other than those of Unilever Indonesia's.
  5. The employees of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, agencies, suppliers, agencies, third parties or any associated companies will not be eligible to participate in the contest.
  6. PT Unilever Indonesia reserves the right to cancel or amend the Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice.
  7. All disputes related to this competition will be deliberated.
  8. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to modify the prize Terms and Conditions should the prizes promoted not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
