Hoho Santa Cake

Make the Butter Cream

White Shortening 500.0 g

Soft Cream 200.0 g

Cream Cheese 250.0 g

Liquid Sugar 100.0 g

Sweetened Condensed Milk 50.0 g

Essence Tuti Fruti 7.0 g
Make the Cake

Yolk 7.0 pc

Whole Eggs 8.0 pc

Cake Stabilizer 15.0 g

Powdered Sugar 220.0 g

Flour 175.0 g

Milk Powder 15.0 g

Maizena 15.0 g

Buttery Margarine 250.0 g
Preparation

Make the Butter Cream
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Make the Cake
- Mix egg, sugar and stabilizer until fluffy.
- Put in the dry ingredients that has been filtered until well mixed.
- Split the dough in 2 parts with green and red colour, split in 200 gr of the dough, 3 times.
- Bake 180°C in the oven about 20 minutes, and after it has cooled down, coat with butter cream.
- Mix all ingredients of butter cream until fluffy and spread on the cake.
