Make the Butter Cream

Make the Cake

  • Yolk 7 pc
  • Whole Eggs 8 pc
  • Cake Stabilizer 15 g
  • Powdered Sugar 220 g
  • Flour 175 g
  • Milk Powder 15 g
  • Maizena 15 g
  1. Make the Butter Cream

    • Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Make the Cake

    • Mix egg, sugar and stabilizer until fluffy.
    • Put dry ingredients that has been filtered until well mixed.
    • Split the dought in 2 part with green and red color, split in 200 gr of the dought, 3 times.
    • Bake 180°C in the oven about 20 minutes, when it is cold covering with butter cream.
    • Mix all ingredients of butter cream until fluffy and spreading the cake.
