Make the Butter Cream

  • White Shortening 500.0 g
  • Soft Cream 200.0 g
  • Cream Cheese 250.0 g
  • Liquid Sugar 100.0 g
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 50.0 g
  • Essence Tuti Fruti 7.0 g

Make the Cake

  • Yolk 7.0 pc
  • Whole Eggs 8.0 pc
  • Cake Stabilizer 15.0 g
  • Powdered Sugar 220.0 g
  • Flour 175.0 g
  • Milk Powder 15.0 g
  • Maizena 15.0 g
  • Buttery Margarine 250.0 g
  1. Make the Butter Cream

    • Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Make the Cake

    • Mix egg, sugar and stabilizer until fluffy.
    • Put in the dry ingredients that has been filtered until well mixed.
    • Split the dough in 2 parts with green and red colour, split in 200 gr of the dough, 3 times.
    • Bake 180°C in the oven about 20 minutes, and after it has cooled down, coat with butter cream.
    • Mix all ingredients of butter cream until fluffy and spread on the cake.
