How to Make Vegetable Urap
- Boil vegetables separately, set aside.
- Puree all the spices, except the lime leaves, mix with grated coconut, add the lime leaves and then steam until cooked.
- Mix the vegetables with the steamed seasoned grated coconut. Stir well. Sprinkle with fried shallots, ready to be served.
