  • Bean Sprouts 20.0 g
  • Coconut, coarsely grated 100.0 g

  • Red chili 30.0 g
  • Shallots 25.0 g
  • Garlic 20.0 g
  • Salt 1.0 g
  • Aromatic Ginger 5.0 g
  • White Sugar 15.0 g
  • Lime Leaves, thinly sliced 3.0 pc
  1. How to Make Vegetable Urap

    1. Boil vegetables separately, set aside. 
    2. Puree all the spices, except the lime leaves, mix with grated coconut, add the lime leaves and then steam until cooked. 
    3. Mix the vegetables with the steamed seasoned grated coconut. Stir well. Sprinkle with fried shallots, ready to be served.
