How to Marinate the Chicken
- Cut the chicken into 12 pieces.
- Marinate with lime juice. Then season with salt, sugar, pepper, and Knorr Chicken Powder.
- Add cornstarch so it doesn't get wet when stored in the refrigerator.
- Store at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Better for Overnight, to make the spices seep.

How to Cook Butter Fried Chicken
- Heat the oil and fry the onions and scallions for a while, drain.
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and fry until golden brown.
- Sauté the garlic, add the Knorr Oyster Sauce, tomato sauce, and water.
- Heat until boiling, then add the fried chicken. Add salt and Knorr Chicken Powder. Then add margarine, mix well.
- Add the fried onion, scallions, and Worcestershire sauce, stir briefly. Butter Fried Chicken is ready to be served.
