Chocolate Sagoo Cookies
Sagoo is a signature food in certain regions that is rarely be served. However, with the sweet chocolate, sagoo will change to be alternate cookies to please your guests.

Making the Dough

Margarine 180 g

Icing Sugar 125 g

Egg Yolk 20 g

Eggs 60 g

Roasted sagoo 275 g

Chocolate Powder 20 g

Milk Powder 25 g

Baking Powder 3 g
Making the Cookies

Cheddar Cheese as decoration
Preparation

Making the Dough
- Whisk the margarine, icing sugar until they are soft and smooth. Then, add the egg and mix them well.
- Put all dry ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Mix them well.

Making the Cookies
- Put the dough in a piping bag with a star tube. Press the dough from the piping bag and put them on a pan. Pinch the grated cheddar cheese in the top of them as the decoration.
- Bake the cookies in the oven at 160⁰C until the cookies are ready to serve.
