Hainan Chicken Rice
Hainan chicken rice is a very populer dish in Asia. The rice cooked using chicken soup and the taste is better than plain white rice. The chicken have salty taste and usually served with chili sauce, ginger sauce, and sweet black soy sauce.

How to Make Chicken Roll
- Clean the chicken, heat the water, put the ginger, chicken, cook with a small fire and add Knorr Chicken Powder Hong Kong, cook for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
- Once the chicken cooked, lift the chicken, then put into cold water, hang the chicken to drain the liquid, after the chicken dried, coat with sesame oil.
- Store boiled water for gravy, strain the sauce, put the sliced leek into the sauce.
