  • Chicken Egg 8.0 pc

Onion Oil

  • Garlic 200.0 g
  • Shallots 200.0 g
  • Cooking Oil 1000.0 g

Side Dish

  • Ramen Noodles
  • Chicken Eggs
  • Dried Shitake Mushroom

Preparation

  1. Basic Stock

    • Boil the bone marrows, change the water and mix with ingredients 1
    • After the bone marrow shrinks, put ingredients 2 into the mixture and stir
  2. Chashu Beef

    • Season the meat with Knorr Beef powder, and cover with the chicken skin
    • Cook with sous vide 60°C for 1 hour
  3. Chashu Marinade

    • Mix all the ingredients and cook until perfection
  4. Onion Oil

  5. Side Dish

  6. Serving

    • Prepare boiling water
    • Cook the chicken eggs for 6 minute, then place it in a bowl of ice water, proceed to peel the skin off 
    • Place the Chashu beef and egg into the refrigerator, let it sit for 6 hours
    • Plate and serve the Ramen, the broth, egg, and Chashu
