How to Make Cripsy Filled Tofu:

  • Medium Protein Flour 200.0 g
  • Cornstarch 50.0 g
  • Water 270.0 ml
  • Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg 5.0 g
  • Pepper 0.2 g
  1. How to Make Stuffing:

    1. Saute onions, garlic, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms until fragrant.
    2. Add prawns, cook until reddish, then add seasoning.
    3. Add Knorr Oyster sauce, Knorr Rostip and pepper, stir until evenly distributed.
    4. Before the above ingredients are removed, add the sesame oil and stir evenly. Then lift and set aside.
  2. How to Make Crispy/Kremesan Seasoning:

    Combine all ingredients and stir evenly
  3. How to Make Cripsy Filled Tofu:

    1. Fill the stuffing into the pong tofu, then the tofu is ready to be fried.
    2. Dip the tofu into the coating flour, then fry.
    3. Then after half cooked, pour in the crispy/kremesan flour, spread it over the oil until it is coated.
    4. After everything is cooked & crispy, remove and serve.
