Preparation

  1. Seafood Ingredients:

Tips

Make sure the seafood doesn't have a stingy fishy tone. Using dried large red peppers instead of the basic ones from bird eye chilis, because the taste will be too spicy, just disguise the red pepper to release the aroma, if it is too smooth, it will taste bitter
