How to Make Maranggi Satay:
- Peel all the ingredients included in the "Basic Seasonings", clean and weigh, then blend all the ingredients.
- After the "Basic Seasonings" are smooth, cook "Basic Seasonings" without adding cooking oil.
- Cook until the spices are cooked & soft with indications that the spices break & the oil comes out.
- Once cools off, store in a closed container. Seasoning is ready to use.
