Making the Pecel Seasoning

  • Fried Peanuts 1500 g
  • Brown Sugar 500 g
  • Red Chilli 300 g
  • Galangal 30 g
  • Garlic 105.26 g
  • Shallots 200 g
  • Chilli 50 g

Preparing the Vegetables

  • Long beans 100 g
  • Sprout Beans 50 g
  • Kale 50 g
  • Spinach 55.56 g
  • Cabbage 50 g
  1. Making the Pecel Seasoning

    • Sauté all the ingredients – except peanuts and brown sugar – then chill.
    • After that, grind the sautéed ingredients, peanuts and brown sugar until smooth.
    • Add hot water and dissolve into a paste.
  2. Preparing the Vegetables

    • Boil the vegetables until half cooked.
    • Add the sauce and serve.
