  • Fried Peanuts 300.0 g
  • Brown Sugar 15.0 g
  • Red Chilli Pepper 100.0 g
  • Bango Kecap Manis 1.52kg 30.0 g
  • Water 300.0 ml

Preparing the Accompaniments

  • Lontong, According To Taste
  • Cayenne Pepper, To Taste
  • Shallots, To Taste

Preparation

  1. Creating the Satay

    • Finely grind all ingredients, except meat and coconut.
    • Coat the meat with the ground spices.
    • Marinate for approximately 1 hour.
    • Grill the satay until cooked.
  2. Preparing the Peanut Sauce

    • Blend the sauce ingredients.
    • Sauté with some oil over a low heat until done.
    • Add it to the grilled satay.
  3. Preparing the Accompaniments

    • Thinly slice the red chillies and shallots.
    • Then sprinkle on top of lontong and satay.
