Creating the Satay
- Finely grind all ingredients, except meat and coconut.
- Coat the meat with the ground spices.
- Marinate for approximately 1 hour.
- Grill the satay until cooked.

Preparing the Peanut Sauce
- Blend the sauce ingredients.
- Sauté with some oil over a low heat until done.
- Add it to the grilled satay.

Preparing the Accompaniments
- Thinly slice the red chillies and shallots.
- Then sprinkle on top of lontong and satay.
