Preparing the Spices

  • Shallots 150 g
  • Garlic 105.26 g
  • Large Red Chilli, uncored 50 g
  • Ginger 62.5 g
  • Coriander Powder 5 g
  • Coriander Granules 10 g
  • Pepper Powder 5 g
  • Salty Soy Sauce 20 g
  • Clove Powder 2 g

Cooking the Satay Wraps

  • Minced Chicken Meat 1000 g
  • Grated Coconut 100 g
  • Large Red Chilli, uncored 30 g
  • Brown Sugar 10 g
  1. Preparing the Spices

    • Chop all ingredients, except cilantro grains.
    • Sauté until fragrant and cooked.
  2. Cooking the Satay Wraps

    • Mix all ingredients together.
    • Add the sautéed spices to the mix.
    • Shape as you want and then fry.
