  1. Jali rice

    1. Steam Jali rice to half cooked and stir (Aron technique) 
    2. Dry and let sit, then steam again until fully cooked
  2. Red Mince Spices

    1. Mix the ingredients and cook until everything is fully cooked 
    2. Stir well
  3. Pickles

    1. Mix salt, sugar and Knorr Lime Powder 
    2. Mix it with other ingredients 
  4. Serving

    1. Cook the eggs, red mince spices, skipjack, and Shimeji mushrooms with oil 
    2. Put in the Jali rice, red chili, onions, Knorr Oyster and Knorr Mushroom & Vegetable Seasoning 
    3. Cook to perfection and stir well
