Tahu Telor
Tahu telor is a common appetiser from East Java. Comprising of white tofu diced and fried in beaten egg, this simple but filling dish helps stave off hunger before the main meal is served.

Preparation

Preparing the Peanut Sauce
- Grind all ingredients until smooth.

Preparing the Main Ingredients
- Fry the tofu until half-cooked, then drain.
- Fry the boiled potatoes.
- Whisk the eggs, add Knorr Chicken Powder to taste. Add the half-fried tofu.
- Fry the egg and tofu mixture, then drain.
- Serve with potatoes and lontong.
- Pour the peanuts sauce over.

- Boil the bean sprouts and drain.
- Plate the tahu telor and sprinkle all the ingredients on top.
