Preparing the Peanut Sauce

  • Peanuts, fried 100 g
  • Garlic Cloves 10 pc
  • Cayenne Peppers 3 pc
  • Shrimp Paste 20 g
  • Water 150 ml

Preparing the Main Ingredients

  • White Tofu 4 pc
  • Potatoes 142.86 g
  • Chicken Eggs 3 pc
  • Lontong, to taste

Accompaniments

  • Bean Sprouts, to taste
  • Celery Leaves, to taste
  • Fried Onions, to taste
  • Prawn Crackers
  1. Preparing the Peanut Sauce

    • Grind all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Preparing the Main Ingredients

    • Fry the tofu until half-cooked, then drain.
    • Fry the boiled potatoes.
    • Whisk the eggs, add Knorr Chicken Powder to taste. Add the half-fried tofu.
    • Fry the egg and tofu mixture, then drain.
    • Serve with potatoes and lontong.
    • Pour the peanuts sauce over.

    • Boil the bean sprouts and drain.
    • Plate the tahu telor and sprinkle all the ingredients on top.
