Trancam is a traditional salad made from chopped fresh vegetables mixed with traditionalthe grated coconut seasoning. The fresh crunchy vegetables make this a healthier choice for diners.

Prepare the Vegetables

Long Beans, to taste

Preparation

Preparing the Seasoning
- Grind all ingredients except the grated coconut.
- Roasted the grated coconut until brown.
- Mix all the ingredients together.

Prepare the Vegetables
- Roughly chop all the vegetables (about 250g worth).
- Mix with the prepared seasoning, and serve.
