Preparing the Seasoning

  • Coconut, coarsely grated 1 pc
  • Large Red Chilli 100 g
  • Shallots 50 g
  • Garlic 26.32 g
  • Grilled Shrimp Paste 5 g
  • Kencur 5 g
  • Lime Leaves 2 g
  • Grilled Turmeric 5 g
  • Brown Sugar 10 g

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Long Beans, to taste
  • Cucumber, as needed
  • Basil Leaves, to taste
  • Cabbage, to taste
  • Chinese Petai, as needed
  1. Preparing the Seasoning

    • Grind all ingredients except the grated coconut.
    • Roasted the grated coconut until brown.
    • Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables

    • Roughly chop all the vegetables (about 250g worth).
    • Mix with the prepared seasoning, and serve.
