Prepare the Squid

  • Squid, wash and clean the entrails of the squid 10 pc

  • Wheat Flour 20 g

Make the Sauce

  • Oil 100 ml

  1. Prepare the Squid

    • After washed with Knorr Lime Powder, drain the squid water until dry.

    • Prepare all the ingredients.
  3. Make the Calamari with Oyster Sauce

    • Prepare hot water in a pan and then add the seasoned squid. Boil the squid about 3 minutes with a big fire to keep the squid texture.

    • Add Knorr Oyster Sauce and Bango Kecap Manis.
