Calamari with Oyster Sauce
This dish is very popular in seafood restaurants. The chewy and savory squid taste, added with Knorr Oyster Sauce, will be a crowd-favorite.

Prepare the Squid

Squid, wash and clean the entrails of the squid 10.0 pc

Make the Sauce

Prepare the Squid
- After washed with Knorr Lime Powder, drain the squid water until dry.
- Mix with all the ingredients above.
- Store in the refrigerator.

Make the Sauce
- Prepare all the ingredients.

Make the Calamari with Oyster Sauce
- Prepare hot water in a pan and then add the seasoned squid. Boil the squid about 3 minutes with a big fire to keep the squid texture.
- Prepare the pan, heat the oil. Saute onion, then garlic.
- Add Knorr Oyster Sauce and Bango Kecap Manis.
- Add boiled squid, then mix with all ingredients.
- Sauté briefly so squid does not tough.
- Ready to serve.
