  • Garlic 40.0 g
  • Red Chilli 40.0 g

  • Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg
  • Salt
  • Margarine, as needed

Chili salt chicken is a simple but rich flavour menu. The special spicy and salty taste create mouthwatering taste, will easily inviting more queue.



  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • Mix flour with pepper, Knorr Chicken Powder, and salt.
    • Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
    • Add some of the seasoned flour to the water, mix well, and add ice cubes.
    • Add the chicken to the dry flour mixture, stir the chicken with flour until blended. Then put the chicken into a mixture of flour and ice water. Put the chicken back into the dry flour mixture, then lift it.
    • Fry the chicken with hot oil until golden yellow.
  2. How to Cook Chili Salt Chicken

    • Put the minced garlic in hot oil, set aside.
    • Heat the margarine, add the spring onions, red chili, and fried garlic.
    • Add the fried chicken, add salt, and Knorr Chicken Powder.
    • Ready to be served.
