Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
- Mix flour with pepper, Knorr Chicken Powder, and salt.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add some of the seasoned flour to the water, mix well, and add ice cubes.
- Add the chicken to the dry flour mixture, stir the chicken with flour until blended. Then put the chicken into a mixture of flour and ice water. Put the chicken back into the dry flour mixture, then lift it.
- Fry the chicken with hot oil until golden yellow.

- Put the minced garlic in hot oil, set aside.
- Heat the margarine, add the spring onions, red chili, and fried garlic.
