Duk Duk Fried Rice
Duk duk fried rice is a special East Javanese dish. The seasoning of onions, cardamom, coriander, pepper, salt, and Knorr Bumbu Rasa Sapi will give sensation to the last rice.

Preparation

Duk Duk Fried Rice
- Heat oil, put in dice lamb meat. Sauté par cooked.
- Put in sliced shallot and margarine in the lamb sauté. Sauté until aroma comes out. Put in cardamom powder, stir well.
- Put rice in, curry seasoning, coriander. With low heater stir well. After that put in black pepper, salt, KNORR Beef Powder and ghee. Stir well.
- Put raisins and red chilli in. Stir well.
- Lift and serve.
