How to Cook Fried Rice with Flower Crab (Rajungan)

  • Cooking Oil 30 ml
  • Chicken Eggs 2 pc
  • Onion, sliced 30 g
  • Garlic, minced 15 g
  • Crab stick, diced 60 g
  • Chicken Fillets, diced 50 g
  • White Rice 500 g
  • Sweet corn, grated 40 g
  • Flower crab (rajungan), crushed 2 pc
  • White shrimp, grilled 4 pc
  • Chicken eggs, sunny side up fried 2 pc
  • Coriander Leaves 2 pc
  • Red chillies, slices, remove seeds 5 g
  • Katsuobushi 4 g
  1. How to Cook Fried Rice with Flower Crab (Rajungan)

    • Wash the shrimp and crabs thoroughly. Season with Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder.
    • Grill the marinated shrimp.
    • Break the flower crab (rajungan) and crush the claws, then fry until cooked.
    • Heat oil, add chicken eggs and stir until dry.
    • Add the onion, garlic, chicken fillet, then Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce.
    • Add white rice, crab stick, and sweet corn, stir well then add Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder. Check the taste.
    • Place the fried rice on a plate and then decorate it with crabs and grilled white shrimp.
    • Place the sunny side eggs and red chili as a garnish.
    • Finally, add Katsuobushi and coriander leaves.
    • Ready to be served.
