Prepare the Spices

Cayenne Pepper 5.0 pc

Preparation

Preparing Gurame Fish
- Wash the gurame fish with Knorr Lime Powder water to reduce the fishy odor.
- Add all the ingredients to the water, except the fish.
- After the water comes to a boil, add the fish.
- Reduce the heat, to a simmer so the fish isn't overcooked.

Prepare the Spices
- Sauté the seasoning ingredients on low heat.

- Add the spice ingredients to the gurame fish soup.
- Stir, and check the flavour.
- Plate and serve.
