  • Water 1000 ml

Making the Sambal

  • Cayenne Pepper 200 g
  • Garlic 100 g
  • Sugar 2 g
  • Salt 2 g
  • Hot Oil 50 ml
  • Shallots 50 g

Penyetan Ayam Ungkep

  • Ayam Ungkep
  • Sambal
  • White rice
  • Lalapan
  1. Preparing Ayam Ungkep

    • Saute all ingredients then add water.
    • And add the chicken then boil for 45 minutes with low heat.
    • Drain after cooked.
  2. Making the Sambal

    • Saute chilli and onion then milled.
    • Add flavoring and flush with hot oil.
  3. Penyetan Ayam Ungkep
