Preparing the Meat

  • Water 1000 ml

Cooking Semur Beef

  • Shallots, thinly sliced 100 g
  • Garlic, thinly sliced 80 g
  • Onion, thinly sliced 40 g
  • Galangal, geprek 100 g
  • Lemongrass, crushed 100 g
  • Nutmeg Powder 40 g
  • Coriander Powder 60 g
  • Broth 1 l
  • Kecap Bango 200 ml
  • Ginger, geprek 40 g
  1. Preparing the Meat

    • Boil the beef until 1/2 cooked, drain.
  2. Cooking Semur Beef

    • Sauté all ingredients until fragrant then add the broth, soy sauce and water.
    • Then add the boiled beef, let stand with a low heat until cooked.
    • Serve.
