How to Make Taichan Sambal

  • Cayenne Pepper 150.0 g
  • Shallots 10.0 g
  • Garlic 30.0 g
  • Water, as needed
  1. Marinade Chicken Satay

    • Cut the chicken into cubes, season with Knorr Chicken Powder, garlic, and Knorr Lime Powder, let stand ± 1 hour, then arrange on a skewer, set aside.
  2. How to Make Salted Egg Crumble

    • Melt the butter, add Knorr salted egg, heat it until it is flavourful and foamy, then immediately pour in the breadcrumbs, then add the other crumble ingredients.
  3. How to Make Taichan Sambal

    • Boil the garlic, shallots and cayenne pepper until cooked and soft, grind with a blender, add Knorr Chicken Powder and salt.
  4. How to Make Taichan Satay

    • Grill the satay until done, coat it with taichan sambal and cover with salted egg crumble.
