Preparing the Milkfish

  • Milkfish 1000 g
  • Water 500 ml
  • Salt 5 g

Preparing the Stir-fried Ingredients

  • Shallots 100 g
  • Garlic 52.63 g
  • Ginger 37.5 g
  • Lime Leaves 5 pc
  • Bay Leaves 3 pc
  • Water 1000 ml
  • Basil Leaves, to taste
  • Cayenne Pepper, to taste
  1. Preparing the Milkfish

    • Wash the milkfish, sprinkle the Knorr Lime Powder and salt, then add water.
    • Let stand for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Preparing the Stir-fried Ingredients

    • Sauté all ingredients, then add water.
    • Add the knorr Chicken Powder, Knorr Lime Powder, basil leaves and cayenne pepper.
    • Let stand for 30 minutes.
    • Plate With the milkfish, then serve.
