  2. Find 10 digits of unique code inside the specially-marked product pack. Follow the instruction on the pack.

  4. How to join the “Sahabat UFS” program:
    a) Type *200*3377# from your mobile phone
    b) Choose from the main menu that appear in your screen:
        1. Input unique code: type in the 10 unique code digits that you’ve found inside the UFS product         pack, to get points.
        2. Check Point Balance: total point accumulation information.
        3. Redeem Point: if sufficient, this menu enable you to choose the reward.
  5. For the first-time registration, you will be asked to answer several questions, retype the mobile phone number that you use, and permission to be contacted by Unilever Food Solutions.
  6. To complete the registration, you will receive SMS notification that require you to send your profile by free SMS to 2000. Follow the SMS format based on instruction.
  7. Your point is attached to your phone number. Use the same mobile phone number to collect and accumulate points. You will need to register each of your phone number for joining this program.
  8. “Sahabat UFS” reward options:
    a) Electronic shopping voucher Indomaret Rp 100.000 (800 points)
    b) Shopping voucher Indomaret Rp 500.000 berupa 5x Rp. 100.000 (3.500 points)
  9. The Rp 100.000 electronic voucher will be sent to your phone using SMS within 24 hours. The Rp 500.000 voucher will be sent through direct mail within 60 working days . You will be contacted by Unilever Food Solutions team for data verification and address to deliver the voucher.
  10. Keep the unique code to verify the reward and keep the SMS notification, to provide you with the right solution when encounter problem. Phone number and unique code will be used in the verification process.

  12. Sahabat UFS program period is from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2017.
  13. This program is valid for Indonesian citizens who have valid identification and reside in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
  14. If the purchase of the products is conducted by a business entity, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk may be deemed to consider that the participant who register to this program is a valid representative of such business entity and the participant will indemnify PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from every dispute between the participant and such business entity.
  15. By participating in this program, you give PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk the permission to use (including to publish) the data you have submitted for other purposes for an unlimited time.
  16. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is not responsible in the case of any error/omission beyond the control of Unilever Indonesia, such as in the event of signal interference and damaged or delayed application due to network system failures and the malfunction of related providers, any error/omission in delivery by third-party services, participant errors in providing information, and any other errors/omissions.
  17. Employees of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, its advertising agencies, suppliers, agencies, and third parties involved in this event in any form, are not eligible for this program.
  18. PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion without notice.
  19. All disputes related to this program will be settled amicably.
  20. If by any reason the awarded prize does not proceed as planned, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value.
