Aligot
Aligot, made with mashed potatoes and melted cheese. A truly simple combination, but rich with unique taste. Melted in your mouth, make the taste melted your heart.

Cooking Aligot

Full Cream Fresh Milk 600.0 ml

Unsalted Butter 2.0 tbsp

Garlic, chopped 2.0 pc

Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg 1.0 tbsp

Cooking Cream 50.0 ml

Salt 0.25 tsp

Mozzarella cheese, grated 350.0 g

Black Pepper Powder 0.3 tbsp
Preparation

Cooking Aligot
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, then sauté chopped garlic until cooked and fragrant.
- Pour fresh milk and fresh cream, stir well. After the milk boiling, pour Knorr Potato Flakes and stir evenly.
- Season with Knorr Chicken Powder, salt and black pepper, stir well.
- Pour the grated mozzarella cheese, stir well while heat until the cheese mixed well and mashed potato's texture becomes elastic like heated mozzarella cheese are.
- Ready to serve.
