- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, then sauté chopped garlic until cooked and fragrant.
- Pour fresh milk and fresh cream, stir well. After the milk boiling, pour Knorr Potato Flakes and stir evenly.
- Season with Knorr Chicken Powder, salt and black pepper, stir well.
- Pour the grated mozzarella cheese, stir well while heat until the cheese mixed well and mashed potato's texture becomes elastic like heated mozzarella cheese are.
- Ready to serve.
