Gnocchi often offered as a first course when there's no soup to be served. By its Italian taste, it will good to bring back your mood.

Gnocchi Preparation
- Prepare mashed potato by pouring hot water to Knorr Mashed Potato in a stainless bowl. Mix well, then add other ingredients such as salt, milk, flour, nutmeg powder and egg. Mix all ingredients and set a side.
- Roll the batch until shaped like a long stick. cut into 2 cm pieces. use fork to create lines in every pieces. Press the end of every piece with your finger, to make it looks like seashell. boil in hot water then set aside

Make the Pimentose Sauce
Melt butter in a pan, then stir-fry bombay onion, green and red paprika. After it's boiled, add sugar, salt and black pepper powder. -
Presentation
Place the sauce in a thermos table bowl, and put Gnocchi in a row, spread with Mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Grill in the oven, until the cheese melted and the colour turned brown. Ready to serve
