  1. Stock Preparation

    30 mins
    1. In a sauté pan: Sauté shallot, garlic, lemongrass, lime leaves and birds eye chilli until fragrant
    2. In Pot: Bring water to boil, add Royco Bumbu Dasar Ayam Kuning, stir well, and add sautéed ingredients, simmer.
  2. Adding of Filling

    1. Add Green Tomato, Indonesian Basil, Blimbi, Knorr Chicken Powder and Mackerel Fillet to stock
