Preparation

Making the Sauce
- Saute onion, ginger with margarine.
- Mix chilli sauce, tomato sauce, white wine vinegar and Bango Soy Sauce, then put the paste in the pan.
- Add corn starch that already dilute with water, season this sauce with KNORR Chicken Powder and brown sugar.

Making the Sambosa
- Saute onion, garlic, minced meat until well cooked. Add leek, selery and stir well.
- Season this sambosa with KNORR Chicken Powder.
