Making the Sauce

  • Ketchup 250.0 g
  • Chilli Sauce 50.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg 8.0 g
  • Plain margarine 15.0 g
  • Ginger 10.0 g
  • Onions 30.0 g
  • Vinegar, White Wine 5.3 ml
  • Corn Starch (Maizena) 10.0 g
  • Hot Water 150.0 ml

Making the Sambosa

  • Ground beef 400.0 g
  • Garlic 20.0 g
  • Celery Leaves 20.0 g
  • Spring Onion 10.0 g
  • Eggs 1.0 pc
  • Onions 60.0 g
  • Spring Roll Skin
  • Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg 6.0 g
  1. Making the Sauce

    • Saute onion, ginger with margarine.
    • Mix chilli sauce, tomato sauce, white wine vinegar and Bango Soy Sauce, then put the paste in the pan.
    • Add corn starch that already dilute with water, season this sauce with KNORR Chicken Powder and brown sugar.
  2. Making the Sambosa

    • Saute onion, garlic, minced meat until well cooked. Add leek, selery and stir well.
    • Season this sambosa with KNORR Chicken Powder.
