Making the shrimp curry

  • Shrimps 500 g
  • Royco Chicken Powder - 24 x 240 g 10 g
  • Salt 2 g
  • Pepper 2 g
  • MSG 3 g
  • Shallots 7 g
  • Garlic 10 g
  • Consommé 1 l

Serving Shrimp Curry Noodle

  • Noodles, boiled 500 g
  • Bean Sprouts 100 g
  • Cabbage 100 g
  • Tomatoes 100 g
  • Spring Onion 50 g
  • Melinjo 100 g
  • Shallots, fried 50 g
  1. Preparing the mixed seasoning

    Blend all seasoning using a blender.
  2. Making the shrimp curry

    1. Sauté shallot and garlic until they smell very well. Add blended seasoning and add the shrimps. Then, pour some consommé water until ¾ cooked.
    2. After that, add Royco Ayam and other seasoning left. Mix them well.
  3. Serving Shrimp Curry Noodle

    Put the noodle into a bowl and other complement ingredients. Shrimp curry noodle is ready to serve.
