Serving Shrimp Curry Noodle

  • Noodles, boiled 500.0 g
  • Bean Sprouts 100.0 g
  • Cabbage 100.0 g
  • Tomatoes 100.0 g
  • Spring Onion 50.0 g
  • Melinjo 100.0 g
  • Shallots, fried 50.0 g
  1. Preparing the mixed seasoning

    Blend all seasoning using a blender.
  2. Making the shrimp curry

    1. Sauté shallot and garlic until they smell very well. Add blended seasoning and add the shrimps. Then, pour some consommé water until ¾ cooked.
