How to Make Meatballs
- Combine minced beef, onion, and garlic. Add mixed herbs, flour, and breadcrumbs.
- Add the eggs, then stir until the mixture is evenly distributed.
- Add Knorr Beef Powder, black pepper, and cooking cream. Stir again until smooth, then set aside.
- Shape the meat dough into balls or according to taste.

How to Make Demi Glace Sauce
- Mix 50 gr of Knorr Demi Glace with 500 ml of water, mix well.
- Heat the sauce until boils and thickens. The sauce is ready to use.

How to Make Swedish Meatballs
- Heat the oil, fry the meat balls that have been made previously. Turn until evenly cooked.
- Add the butter, then stir-fry again until evenly distributed.
- Add the pre-cooked demi glace sauce. Stir well and cook until the sauce boils.
- Serve Swedish Meatballs with mashed potatoes and strawberry jam. Sprinkle peas on top.
