  • Strawberry jam 30.0 g

  1. How to Make Meatballs

    1. Combine minced beef, onion, and garlic. Add mixed herbs, flour, and breadcrumbs.
    2. Add the eggs, then stir until the mixture is evenly distributed.
    3. Add Knorr Beef Powder, black pepper, and cooking cream. Stir again until smooth, then set aside.
    4. Shape the meat dough into balls or according to taste.

    1. Mix 50 gr of Knorr Demi Glace with 500 ml of water, mix well.
    2. Heat the sauce until boils and thickens. The sauce is ready to use.

    1. Heat the oil, fry the meat balls that have been made previously. Turn until evenly cooked.
    2. Add the butter, then stir-fry again until evenly distributed.
    3. Add the pre-cooked demi glace sauce. Stir well and cook until the sauce boils.
