  • Rice Flour 80 g
  • Wheat Flour 150 g
  • Soda Water 300 ml

How to make Fish and Chips

  1. Making the Mayo sauce

    • Mix boiled white eggs, gherkin, parsley, onions, and Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Stir evenly, set aside.
  2. Making the Batter Mix

    • Mix baking soda, rice flour, wheat flour, stir evenly.
    • Add soda water, stir evenly.
  3. How to make Fish and Chips

    • Sprinkle Fish Dori with Knorr Chicken Powder, salt and pepper. Sprink to the entire surface of the fish.
