Preparation

  1. Lamb Tongseng

    • Season the lamb, and pan seared the lamb. Marinate the lamb with Royco Bumbu Kuning and rendang paste, keep for about 12 hours.
    • Bring the water in to boil, then add the rendang paste, Knorr Demi Glace, and Royco Bumbu Kuning. Stir it
    • Add thelamb leg and add other spice.
    • Let it cook in a low heat untill the meat is broken.
    • Add kecap manis, and coconut milk let it cool
  2. Mashed Potatoes

    • In a pot, mix coconut milk , water. Bring to boil and infused with lime leave and lemongrass
    • Add potato flakes, let it cook till it creamy.
  3. Garlic Crumble

    • Chopped garlic with butter, once the garlic brown, add potato flakes, let it cook the potato flakes untill it dry, use it as a garnish
  4. Baked Shepherd Tongseng Pie

    • Lay the lamb on the baking pot, layer it with potato mustofa
    • Cover with mashed potatoes
    • Add garlic crumble,baked untill it golden brown
