Preparation

  1. Empal

    • Clean beef BRISKET, season it then grilled the beef to get a smoky flavor, set a side
    • Bring the water in to boil, then add the rendang paste,and bumbu kuning stir it
    • Add the spice, bring it to boil
    • Lay the meat in the stock, let it cook in a low fire
    • Once it cook, keep the meat inside the liquid at least 1 night
    • Once the meat is cooling down, slice the meat , grill the meat, and bast with the liquid, remove and pound the meat
  2. Empal Bakar Bao Bun

    • Asemble the bao bun,pickle, grill meat, and serundeng.
