Preparation

  1. Smoked Spices and Smoked Meat

    • Burn the coconut, and grate using a small grater.
    • Refine the ingredients of cloves, cumin, black pepper, and nutmeg.
    • Mix the toasted grated coconut and the ground spices.
    • Add Bango sweet soy sauce and mix until uniform.
    • After mixing the spices with beef ribs, grill it for 20-30 minutes on both sides over a charcoal with fire height of 20cm. Cover it

    • Heat water in a pot.
    • Grind the small chilies, curly chilies, galangal, ginger, and kencur.

    • Add Knorr Lime Powder, Royco Beef Extract, Royco All-Purpose Yellow Seasoning, Royco Beef Flavor.
    • Add bay leaves and lemongrass to the pot containing the spices and meat mixture.
    • Heat for about 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender.
