Make the Dough

  • Water 750 ml
  • Full Cream Powdered Milk 15 g
  • Salt 5 g

Make the Filling

  • Onion, chopped 50 g
  • Mixed frozen vegetables 250 g
  • Wheat flour (versatile) 75 g
  • Water 100 ml
  • Sugar 20 g
  • Salt 5 g
  • Pepper 1 g
  • Margarine 100 g

Make the Croquette

  • Eggs, whipped 4 pc
  • Breadcrumbs 500 g
  1. Make the Dough

    Heat the water then mix Knorr Potato Flakes, milk powder, Knorr Chicken Powder and salt. Stir the mixture until thickened, then let stand.
  2. Make the Filling

    Melt margarine in pan to sauté onions, mixed vegetables and minced meat perfectly. Then add the flour, followed by water, sugar, Knorr Chicken Powder, salt, and pepper, stir until boiling and thickening.
  3. Make the Croquette

    Form the potato dough by inserting the filling in the middle and coat with flour, then smear with whisked egg and bread crumb. Deep fry until golden brown.
