Fried Meatballs


Meatball is a popular food/snack in Indonesia which is usually served with beef broth and enjoyed by people of all ages. In this recipe, the meatballs are made from chicken and shrimp with a fried method. In addition, they are also topped with Napolitana Sauce, which not only adds the flavor but also serves as an attractive feature when consumed.

Preparation

  1. Fried Meatballs

    • Use chopper to blendthe first ingredients until it becomes an emulsion, after chopped finely, add salt, fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour, and baking powder. Now, put it back into chooper until the dough is chewy
    • Heat the oil over low heat, let the heat burn, and do not change
    • Remove the dough and put it in a bowl, add the rest of the tapioca, then stir until evenly distributed
    • Round the dough and directly put in warm oilLet it start to heat up and the meatballs starts to float
    • Stir gently until the meatball surface is brown and set/strong (40-45 minutes)
    • Remove it, drain, and place it on a serving plate, and
    • lastly put some garnish
    • Serve it
