Making the Dough

Egg Yolk (1 egg) 20.0 g

Egg (1 egg) 50.0 g

Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 200.0 g

Milk Powder 15.0 g

Some Vanilla

Almond Powder 30.0 g
Preparation

Making the Dough
- Whisk margarine and icing sugar until it has smooth texture. Next, add the egg and mix them well.
- Add other ingredients and mix them well.

Making the Cookies
- Put the dough into a piping bag.
- Put the dough longwise on the baking dish and decorate the top side with almond.

Baking the Cookies
Bake the cookies in the oven at 150oC until it’s ready to serve.
