Potato Scones Cookies

Medium Protein Flour 300.0 g

Refined Sugar 50.0 g

Buttery Margarine 125.0 g

Choco chips 75.0 g

Raisins 100.0 g

Baking Powder 12.0 g

Fresh Cream 130.0 g

Preparation

Make the Dough
- Mixer the flour, powdered sugar and baking powder, then add margarine. Mix until it forms rough grains.
- Add in the other ingredients, do not over mix, then knead slowly on the table.

Make the Cookies
- Cut and shape as you prefer, smear with egg yolks and bake in 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes.
