Potato Scones Cookies
Who can resist cookies made from soft potatoes with a sprinkling of choco cips and raisins? It's hard to say no to these cookies. Make it your shop's favourite menu.
Make the Dough
- Mixer the flour, powdered sugar and baking powder, then add Blue Band Master Gold Margarine. Mix until it forms rough grains.
- Add in the other ingredients, do not over mix, then knead slowly on the table.
Make the Cookies
- Cut and shape as you prefer, smear with egg yolks and bake in 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes.
