Make the Dough

  • Medium Protein Flour 300 g
  • Refined Sugar 50 g
  • Choco chips 75 g
  • Raisins 100 g
  • Baking Powder 12 g
  • Fresh Cream 130 g
  • Vanilla Butter
  1. Make the Dough

    • Mixer the flour, powdered sugar and baking powder, then add Blue Band Master Gold Margarine. Mix until it forms rough grains.
    • Add in the other ingredients, do not over mix, then knead slowly on the table.
  2. Make the Cookies

    • Cut and shape as you prefer, smear with egg yolks and bake in 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes.
