Making the dough

  • Icing Sugar 125 g
  • Eggs (2pcs) 100 g
  • Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 200 g
  • Milk Powder 15 g
  • Corn Flour 20 g
  • Chocolate Powder 10 g
  • Lemon Juice 20 g
  • Lemon Peel, grated 1 pc
  • Choco chips 100 g
  1. Making the dough

    1. Whisk Blue Band Master Cake Margarine and icing sugar until it’s getting smooth and add the eggs. Mix them well.
    2. Add other ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Making the cookies

    1. Put the dough into a piping bag.
    2. Put the dough from piping bag into a baking dish.
  3. Baking the cookies

    Bake the cookies in the oven at 150oC until it’s ready to serve.
