Preparation

  1. Rambige Sauce

    • Puree garlic, curly chili, large chili, water & shrimp paste and cook
    • Add the Bango sweet soy sauce to cook until done, then set aside
  2. Pickled Onion

    • Heat the water then add Knorr lime powder and sugar. Stir well
    • Pour it into a container of onion slices and let it cool off
    • After cool off, pickle is ready to serve
  3. Mayo Garlic

    • Combine all of the ingredients until evenly mixed, then set aside.
  4. Basil Mayo Pesto:

    • Blend all ingredients until well combined, then set aside
  5. Taco Rambige

    • Marinate the beef with rembige sauce and let it sit for at least 1 hour
    • Sear and torch the beef until cooked and ready to be served
    • Prepare the taco shell and arrange all the ingredients and toppings of mayo pesto and mayo garlic
