Make the Pudding

  • Sponge cake with the size of 20x20 cm 2.0 pc

  • Jelly 7.0 g
  • Mandarin orange 8.0 pc
  • Hot Water 300.0 ml
  • Jelly Powder 3.0 g

  1. Make the Pudding

    • Heat sugar and water until they boiled.
    • Peel off the Mandarin Oranges and remove the white threads, mix them into the dough from the 1st step while it’s hot and then let it cool off to be sifted after.

    • Boil Buavita Orange, fresh milk, sugar and jelly until they’re bubbled up, meanwhile stir white eggs and cream of tartar until they get fluffy and white, and then mix Buavita Orange, fresh milk, sugar and jelly into it and whisk again until they’re mixed evenly.
    • Pour ½ part of the dough into the baking sheet, top it with a layer of cake, pour more dough foam and top it with another layer of cake and then let it freeze.
    • Once it’ s frozen, remove it from the sheet and keep it refrigerated.
