Make the Dough

  • Butter 50 g
  • Buttery Margarine 125 g
  • Refined Sugar 170 g
  • Medium Protein Flour 200 g
  • Milk Powder 25 g
  • Maizena 25 g
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs (2pcs) 100 g
  • Roasted Cashew Nuts, chopped 100 g
  • Cut Raisins 100 g
  1. Make the Dough

    • Mix butter, margarine and sugar until smooth, beat in eggs one at a time until mixed evenly.
    • Put in the rest of the ingredients, mixed evenly.
  2. Make the Cookies

    • Shape with spoon and press the cookie dough with a fork.
    • Or you can use a piping bag and shape it on the baking loaf.
  3. Bake the Cookies

    • Bake in 160°C oven until done.
