Make the Dough

  • Butter 50 g
  • Powdered Sugar 10 g
  • Buttery Margarine 250 g
  • Salty Soy Sauce 5 g
  • Rexa Cookies 2 g
  • Steamed egg yolks 4 pc
  • Medium Protein Flour 350 g
  • Grated Natural Cheese 150 g

Make the Cookies

  • Grated cheddar and parmesan cheese for topping
  1. Make the Dough

    1. Mix all ingredients until smooth, beat in the steamed egg yolks and mix evenly.
    2. Put in all dry ingredients, mix using a fork until even.
    3. Keep in refrigerator for ± 30 minutes
  2. Make the Cookies

    1. Flatten and cut the dough.
    2. Smear with egg yolks, sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake The Cookies

    40 min Bake in a 130°C oven for ± 40 minutes.
