Preparation

Make the Dough
- Mix all ingredients until smooth, beat in the steamed egg yolks and mix evenly.
- Put in all dry ingredients, mix using a fork until even.
- Keep in refrigerator for ± 30 minutes

Make the Cookies
- Flatten and cut the dough.
- Smear with egg yolks, sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheese.

Bake The Cookies
40 min Bake in a 130°C oven for ± 40 minutes.
