Making the Cake

  • Sugar 135.0 g
  • Cake Margarine 200.0 g
  • Butter 90.0 g
  • Yolk 6.0 pc
  • Medium Protein Flour 325.0 g
  • Baking Powder 3.0 g
  • Milk Powder 25.0 g
  • Cocoa Powder 25.0 g
  • Knorr Potato Flakes 500g 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Ingredient B

    • Get all ingredients ready.
    *200 g Sugar (Whisk egg white, add sugar slowly, stir until dough is stiff)
  2. Making the Cake

    • Whisk sugar, margarine and butter until smooth, add egg yolk slowly while stirring.
    • Add all dry ingredients that have been filtered, stir well and add gradually ingredient B, stir well.
    • Put dissolved chocolate block and other ingredients until well mixed.
    • Put into tulban baking pan and bake in 180°C about 1 hour. When it is cold decorate as a taste.
    *50 g Knorr Mashed Potato (Mix in 150 cc of hot water)
