Making the Dough

  • Cake Margarine 150.0 g
  • Buttery Margarine 100.0 g
  • Egg 1, Egg Yolk 1 70.0 g
  • Milk Powder 25.0 g
  • Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 400.0 g
  • Oatmeal 60.0 g
  • Baking Powder 1.0 tsp
  • Cheese 150.0 g

Making the Cookies

  • Rosemary, sufficiently
  • Cheese, grated (for topping)
  1. Making the Dough

    Whisk margarine and eggs. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Making the Cookies

    • Roll the dough about 4mm thick and mold the dough as you want to.
    • Smear them with egg yolk and pinch the topping using rosemary and cheese.
  3. Baking the Cookies

    40 minutes Bake the cookies at 130oC for about 25 minutes and reduce the temperature to 110oC for about 15 minutes.
